At Allstar Events Group, we operate two key departments: Allstar Crew and Allstar Marquees. While the roles and responsibilities differ, our core values remain the same—teamwork, dedication, and professionalism.
Salary ranges from £13ph – £20ph depending on experience, plus added bonuses.
Must be 18+ years of age.

What You’ll Do
Allstar Crew
The primary role at Allstar Crew is general crew, which can be physically demanding but offers the chance to work in iconic UK venues alongside a supportive, positive team. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, building sets, event builds, setting up stages and venues, assisting production teams, show calls, operating plant equipment, carpentry, and AV sound & lighting tech, among others.
Allstar Marquees
At Allstar Marquees, the main role involves marquee construction. One day, you might be setting up a marquee in a celebrity’s garden; the next, you could be at Reading Festival assembling an entire festival’s worth of marquees. With new structures on the horizon, we’re looking for individuals who are hardworking, safety-conscious, quick learners, and strong team players.
No Experience? No Problem!
We offer full training to help you get started, covering:
• Safe lifting techniques
• Safety protocols & PPE usage
• Loading, unloading & basic tool handling
